I ran 4 miles yesterday with ...I am....half-weenie? I ran 4 miles yesterday with a strong wind and a windchill at about 12 degrees. It was hard. I can do down to about 20 pretty comfortably - I actually like it. But below that I have a hard time breathing right.<br /><br />I need to figure this out, or figure out where I can access a treadmill.
